Bedington VFD 4th Annual Gun Bash

• • • Tickets are $50 each and include (2) numbers per ticket.
    • One purchased ticket admits (1) one person to the event.
    • The event includes food, snacks (out all day), water, soda, and fireman’s milk.
    • Must be 21 years of age to purchase ticket or attend event.
    • You do NOT need to be present to win a prize EXCEPT for the 6pm cash drawing. 
    • All State of West Virginia and federal gun and tax laws apply. 
    • Winner must be able to pass a background check. If not, the prize item will become Bedington VFD property.
    • Out of state winner responsible for transfer fees and/or shipping.
    • Out of state winner responsible for knowing their states gun laws.
    • Tickets purchased online will receive an email with your ticket numbers, you can pick up the ticket stub at the door on the day of the event, if desired.
    • If you do not receive an email, please check your junk folder. Emails are occasionally slow, as long as you receive an order number your purchase was successful.
    • BVFD is not responsible for what the winner does with their winnings.
    • If you don't claim your prize within thirty days the item will become Bedington Volunteer Fire Department property.
    • No refunds will be issued.
    • Winner must provide a valid social security number for us to submit on our raffle form so we can comply with our WV Raffle License.
    • Winners will be determined by spinning the (3) prize wheels during the event at the pre-determined times shown on the tickets. The wheel must stop clearly on the number between the tabs, or it will be spun again.
    • The winner MUST be present for the 6pm cash drawing during the event, and if the prize is not claimed in five minutes, the wheel will be spun again every five minutes until a winner is present and claims the prize. The 6pm winner must show ID to match name on ticket to be able to claim the $1000 prize.
    • After you buy your ticket, your purchase receipt will be emailed to you. Check your junk mail if you do not receive your receipt immediately following your purchase. Within a week, you will receive an email from BVFD with your ticket numbers. Your stub will be kept on file and will be available at the door on the day of the event.

Once you have been notified of a prize winning:

You will need to go to Berkeley Springs Trading Post at 3711 Valley Rd, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411 to do the background check and claim your firearm.

Cash winners will be paid in person the day of the event, or we can arrange to meet you at our fire station to claim your cash prize.
